Hi Mario,

Yes I remember your email. It's interesting someone's making a midget for GT Legends! Give them my email/site if you wish I could probably help them with it. I was planning on making a model of my car in the summer but high poly for some nice renders. :)

I don't think I've come far enough with the Midget since 2007! It has no engine and is rustier than ever lol!

All,

We race 3 k-Series MGB's, check our website www.teamneavesracing.co.uk

There is very little cutting require, the main thing is not to buy a vvc engine as they require more space due to the extra belys etc on the back

Hi Adam

The Frontline are the best for the conversion if you just want it doing quickly and efficiently. Everything *should* work out of the box, whereas if your sourcing your own parts like me, you may run into problems but it should be cheaper in the long run.

I've heard of K conversions in MGBs, I think it involves more cutting than in the midget which is odd when you think of the size of the engine bay! I'd recommend do as much research as possible before you start. I'm still researching and I'm not very far into the project but good luck with your project.

hi there
ive been reading your articles and posts for a while now, love the idea of the k series, im currently thinking about putting a 1.8 rover vvc engine in my mgb gt. at the mo im currently searching ever possible site for information about the conversion. ive been mainly talking to frontline developments and they gave a price list, not bad really but i think to keep costs down im going to do as much as possible using resourced items, should be fun.
i look forward to your posts and good luck
